Marriage Visa Requirements
To qualify for a Thai marriage visa you must meet the following requirements:

Have a marriage certificate and registration. If you were married outside of Thailand, you get the Kor Ror 22 family status registration form from you district office.

Show that you are the parent of a Thai child. You can also be a parent/guardian of a non-Thai child living in Thailand with a valid long-term visa.

Have a security deposit of 400,000 THB from overseas in a Thai bank account for at least 2 months before making your application.

Alternatively, show a monthly income of at least 40,000 THB with a letter from your embassy verifying the income.
Why Get a Thai Marriage Visa?
Obtaining a Thai Marriage visa will let you stay legally in the country for 90 days - extendable to 12 months. You can also renew the visa as many times as you like provided you can meet the financial requirements.
